2. Description of Service
Glidemail is an AI-powered inbox management platform that helps users prioritize emails, summarize conversations, and generate reply drafts. Features and availability are subject to change as we improve and expand the platform.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Glidemail for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to interfere with the platform’s security features, or to attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other users. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
5. AI-Generated Content
Glidemail uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, priorities, and suggested replies. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending or acting on it.
6. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve Glidemail. All platform code, designs, and branding are the property of Glidemail and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Subscription and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glidemail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glidemail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
